You can ride regularly in winter without ruining your bike – if you take the correct steps to protect it. Here's how to make sure your bike comes out of the cold season looking as good as it did going in.

First we'll give your beloved motorcycle a thorough 18 point safety check, going over all the important working parts. Then once happy that all parts are functioning and safe we'll lovingly give it a Full Valet to showroom condition. Lastly we'll protect it from the winter weather and salt spray with the ACF50 treatment.

As a rider, you know that not all tyres are the same. Being the only part of a bike that is in contact with the ground, the right tyres can make a difference to your ride by increasing grip which improves braking, steering and your overall safety.

Did you know?

  • After fitting new tyres, you will have to take it easy for at least the first 100 miles. Running in tyres is an important safety factor and it is recommended that tyres should not be used under full speed or power for 100 miles.
  • Around 70% of the world’s Carbon Black pigment is used for making tyres.
  • It is important to not over-inflate tyres as tyre pressure increases when tyres are hot.
  • Under-inflated tyres don’t just affect handling, but can also increase fuel consumption.
  • A conservative riding style will help preserve tyres.
