All items will be delivered via the method selected by the customer at time of order and to the delivery address stated on the order only – any alterations to orders must be made within 90 minutes of the order being made, failure to do this may result in longer processing time and additional charges. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation. In the event that an item has to be ordered in from a supplier we will contact the customer via email and inform them of the situation. Click and Collect orders must be collected from: TriumphWorld, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 9AJ. Please allow 2 working days for Click and Collect orders to be processed and ready for collection. Items will be held for 14 days from the original order date.
