On September the 6th 1956, Johnny Allen set the world absolute speed record of 214.40 mph for a motorcycle at Utah's Bonneville Salt flats. Texas racer, Allen, set multiple speed records at the controls of the "Texas Ceeger", a stream-lined outershell that encased the Triumph powered motorcycle, resulting in the 214.40 mph speed record. The Triumph Bonneville motorbike was born.

58 years later and new for AW14 is the Speed Record jacket. Designed and inspired by the "Texas Ceeger". The jacket takes all of its styling from that ground breaking machine from the colour to the subtle sign off the chequered design with the white contrasting piping. This heritage styled riding jacket is full of riding technology like CE certified Knox® protection, TriTex waterproof and windproof Z liner with an additional quilted liner that can be removed too help create the perfect micro climite FOR THE RIDE.
